Now, administrators can easily grant editing permission to users directly from the editor interface while creating and editing a user. This grants designated users the ability to edit workflows, ensuring flexibility and agility in adapting to evolving project requirements. Additionally, users granted editing access can seamlessly fill out assigned workflows from their panel, optimizing workflow execution and collaboration.

PDF File Download within Workflow Steps

Enhancing the document handling capabilities within workflows, users can now download PDF files directly from within workflow steps. If a PDF file is associated with a particular step, users can conveniently access and download it, facilitating efficient document retrieval and management within the workflow process.
