Web Based VSight Workflow is Launched

VSight Workflow is now available on the web, so users can access it without having to download the mobile apps. When users who are assigned a workflow log in, they will see a list of their assigned workflows.

To begin, users can choose a workflow and start completing the steps.

Save Incomplete Workflows

Once you start working on a workflow, now you can save incomplete workflows and continue later.

Attach PDF Files on Workflow Editor

VSight Workflow editor now allows you to attach PDF files in order to check them before beginning to complete workflow steps.

Choose Language for Email Invitations

You can now choose the language for your email invitation while creating it on the VSight Remote web app. Currently, English, German, and Turkish are supported.

VSight Compatible with Rokid Smart Glasses

VSight Remote and Workflow Apps are now compatible with all Rokid Smart Glasses including Air Pro, Glass 2, and X-Craft. 

Microphone Indicator 

A microphone indicator is added to VSight Remote iOS v3.2.12, web v6.2.8, and Android v4.8.3 apps. This gives you the ability to check the status as muted/unmuted of other room participants.

Add PDF Files on a Workflow

While creating a workflow on the editor, you can now add PDF files.

Delete a Widget

A delete option is added to the Workflow editor which allows you to delete a created widget on the layout. 

Export Reports to CSV file

By clicking the Export CSV button, you can get multiple reports in one CSV file.

Store Files on VSight Remote Meeting Rooms

All experts can now upload and store files to meeting rooms on the VSight Remote Web App. New files can even be uploaded to this new section without actually starting a session. Also, you can easily move room files to session and vice versa.

Workflow is on AppStore

VSight Workflow mobile app is now available on Apple Store.  After downloading the iOS app and log in with credentials, users can view their assigned workflows and complete them on their iPad or iPhone mobile devices.

While uploading an image during a Workflow creation, an interface will show up, where you can edit the image by drawing or adding shapes.

Sessions Tab 

Have an overview of all your previous sessions with the Sessions tab on the VSight Remote Web application. In case the session export add-on is part of your plan, you can also access session export files of individual sessions at any time.

Audio Notification for Room Activity

You will get an audio notification when a user joins one of your rooms while you are in the lobby of the VSight Remote web application.

Pin a Window

With the pin function, experts can pin a specific video stream in the center and control the view for all users.

Italian & Polish Language Support

• Italian language is supported on iOS and Android App 
• Polish Language is supported on iOS App

End Call without Closing Collaboration for All

When you need to leave a session during an ongoing collaboration on the iOS App, you can choose to simply drop out of the session without closing the collaboration for the other users.

Easily Connect with the Users via Field ID Code

Mobile App users without VSight login credentials can easily connect with the expert in the back office via the ID Code. 

• Users download the mobile app from the App Store or Play Store.
• Share the ID Code displayed on the login screen with the expert.
• Experts enter the unique ID code in the session.
• Mobile app users will be directly forwarded to the session. 

For security reasons, the app regenerates the code every 5 minutes.

Sort Tickets

Sort your tickets according to your needs on the Web App. The sorting function can be applied to all columns to rank the displayed tickets in ascending or descending order.

 Rename Session Export File

While getting the session export on the Web App, you can rename the session export file to allow the users to easily find and access them. 

 Get Snapshot on AR+ Mode

When your iOS device is on AR+ mode, you can get a snapshot whenever you need it.

Now with the mute/unmute button, you can mute/ unmute all participants during collaboration mode.

China Access Support

In case you are located in China, now you can use our Android App by simply toggling on "I'm logging from China"  on the login page, and no need to install another separate app. 

Initiate AR+ from Android App

From now on, you can start AR+ collaboration from your Android device.

Get Snapshot on AR+ Mode

When your device is on AR+ mode, now you can get a snapshot whenever it is needed. 

End Call without Closing Collaboration for All

From now on, when exiting the collaboration mode you can choose between leaving the session without closing the collaboration for others, or closing the collaboration for all participants.
