Easily Connect with the Users via Field ID Code

Mobile App users without VSight login credentials can easily connect with the expert in the back office via the ID Code.

Users download the mobile app from the App Store or Play Store.
Share the ID Code displayed on the login screen with the expert.
Experts enter the unique ID code in the session.
Mobile app users will be directly forwarded to the session.

For security reasons, the app regenerates the code every 5 minutes.

Sort Tickets

Sort your tickets according to your needs on the Web App. The sorting function can be applied to all columns to rank the displayed tickets in ascending or descending order.

Rename Session Export File

While getting the session export on the Web App, you can rename the session export file to allow the users to easily find and access them.

Get Snapshot on AR+ Mode

When your iOS device is on AR+ mode, you can get a snapshot whenever you need it.

Android App New Features Released

Mute/ Unmute Other Participants

Now with the mute/unmute button, you can mute/ unmute all participants during collaboration mode.

China Access Support

In case you are located in China, now you can use our Android App by simply toggling on "I'm logging from China" on the login page, and no need to install another separate app.

Initiate AR+ from Android App

From now on, you can start AR+ collaboration from your Android device.

Get Snapshot on AR+ Mode

When your device is on AR+ mode, now you can get a snapshot whenever it is needed.

End Call without Closing Collaboration for All

From now on, when exiting the collaboration mode you can choose between leaving the session without closing the collaboration for others, or closing the collaboration for all participants.

Restrict Object Manipulation with Lock Mode

With Lock Mode turned on, during AR+ collaboration, you can restrict other session participants from adding, deleting, moving, and resizing objects on both the iOS mobile app and web app.

Scale, Delete and Move Objects

Scale feature gives you the ability to change the size of an object by clicking -/+ icons. Also, you can delete specific objects with the Delete button. On the Web App, you can move the selected objects as you like.

Invite Guests Easily

You can invite guests to your sessions easily by creating a Guest Access Link or a QR code on the iOS app and sharing through all platforms.

Send Feedback to us

Now you can send us feedback at the end of each session on the iOS app and help us to provide you better service.

3D Objects Converter

The Converter gives you the ability to convert .step file 3D objects to the AR+ compatible format. Download the converted file and start using it for your collaboration right away.

Session Export from Tickets

Of all sessions attached to a ticket, you can now access individual session exports, including all chat messages, snapshots, shared files, and video recordings, directly from the ticket. Add all recipients to share the email with the download link.

Set the Password Policy for Users

Admin users can set password rules and enforce custom password requirements for all users within the account.
