Simplify Complex Processes with Conditional Workflows
The Workflow Editor has been improved with the introduction of the 'Connections' screen, allowing for the creation of Conditional Workflows. This new feature provides greater flexibility and efficiency in your workflows by enabling you to create conditions based instructions. Additionally, the screen is easy to navigate with the added functions of zoom-in, zoom-out, and full-page viewing options.
Workflow in Offline Mode
Once users log in on online mode, they can now download and start the workflow at any time, regardless of their connectivity status. Once they are back online, they can submit the report. This means that they no longer have to wait until they have internet connectivity to start their work.
To make your experience even more seamless, we have also introduced auto-login in offline mode. This will allow you to quickly pick up where you left off, without having to log in again, making the transition from offline to online mode effortless.
Capture Heat Signature with Thermal Camera on Workflow
VSight Workflow has been updated to support the thermal camera module of the RealWear Navigator 500/520, which enables users to capture the heat signature of their surroundings. This feature can be used in a variety of industries to detect temperature anomalies that may indicate equipment malfunctions or potential safety hazards. To use this feature, users must connect the Thermal Camera Module to their RealWear Navigator 500 device and start a workflow. Once the workflow is initiated, the heat signature of the surrounding environment can be captured.
Enhanced Video Instruction View in Full Screen Mode
Users can now view video instructions in full screen mode on all devices, including the web app, iOS, and Android apps. This allows for a more immersive experience, making it easier for users to understand and follow the support instructions.
Expanded Language Support: German and Turkish
German and Turkish language options are now available for admins in our workflow editor UI. This means that admins can now use the editor panel in either German or Turkish, depending on their preferred language.
Voice Command on Vuzix Smart Glasses
Users can control Vuzix Smart Glasses with just their voice, making it easier and more convenient to access information, communicate with others, and complete tasks. With Voice Command, users can perform a variety of actions, such as navigating menus, joining rooms, leaving sessions, and inputting text, all without having to use their hands. This feature is designed to enhance the user experience and make it easier to interact with technology in hands-free situations.
Seamless Snapshot Sharing in Chat
We have introduced a new and improved way of sharing snapshots in chat. You no longer have to take a screenshot, save it as an image, and then upload it to the chat. You can now simply paste snapshots directly into the chat using the clipboard (Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V). This new feature streamlines the process of sharing snapshots and saves you time, making communication in the chat more efficient and convenient.
Accessing Permanently Stored Files in Rooms for Subscribers
Users can now download files from permanent rooms without experts. This allows for the addition of PDF documents, pictures, 3D models, and other relevant information in the room to be accessed by users at any time. This is useful especially for projects or repeating topics where your clients need access to certain files. Contact your account administrator to enable this feature.
